At JingerCrafting, every piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and packaged with care. We are proud to provide reliable shipping services through USPS.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We primarily utilize USPS Ground Advantage for domestic orders and USPS First Class International for global destinations.

  • United States: 2–5 Business Days

  • United Kingdom: 10–14 Business Days

  • Germany / France: 10–18 Business Days

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (USA): FREE standard shipping on orders over $35. A flat fee of $8 applies to orders under $35.

  • International (UK, DE, FR): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3. Order Processing Time (Made-to-Order) Since our pearl jewelry is handcrafted upon order, please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the official USPS website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic: We ship to all valid street addresses within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

  • International: We currently offer international shipping exclusively to the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.

  • P.O. Boxes & Military: To ensure secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility. JingerCrafting is not responsible for any additional customs-related costs.
