Thank you for choosing JingerCrafting. Every piece of our pearl accessories is uniquely handcrafted. To protect our small business and ensure fairness, please review our policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Request Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and showing no signs of wear.

Packaging: Must include all original tags and packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Hygiene & Wear: Due to the nature of accessories, items that have been worn (especially earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Process

Approval Required: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Damages, Issues, and Natural Variations
Please inspect your order upon reception.

Handcrafted Nature: Since our accessories use natural pearls, slight variations in shape, luster, and color are expected. These are natural characteristics, not defects.

Defective Items: If the item is physically damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom/Made-to-Order: Any pearl accessory specifically customized or made to order for you.

Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during a sale.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
