🌟 Special Note on Freshwater Pearls (Please read before purchasing)

  • Natural Shapes: Our jewelry is crafted from natural freshwater pearls. Please understand that natural pearls are naturally formed and are not perfectly round. Their natural textures and variations in luster are the very hallmarks of natural pearls.

  • One-of-a-Kind: Due to the natural characteristics of pearls, the item you receive will have slight differences compared to the product images. Every piece of JingerCrafting is a unique work of art.

1. Production & Orders

  • Is every product handmade? Yes. From component design to the final weaving, every step is personally completed by our founder, Jinger.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship? Quality handmade products take time. Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Thank you for your patience.

2. Care & Maintenance

  • Can I wear pearl jewelry in water? Please avoid wearing pearl jewelry while showering, swimming, or exercising. Chemicals in perfumes and soaps can corrode the pearl surface, causing it to gradually lose its luster.

  • How should I store them? Please store pearl jewelry separately in a soft bag to prevent scratching.
