We stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. If your item develops a workmanship issue during normal wear, please contact us with your order details and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, chemicals, improper storage, or accidents is not covered.

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the stated processing time after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. To request a return or exchange, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Custom, personalized, and hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

• Some take up to 4 years to form and are graded for luster and quality, we use only AAA-grade pearls for exceptional shine and glow.
• Our gold pieces are crafted in 18k Gold Plated stainless steel materials. Making it far more durable, tarnish-resistant, and longer lasting.

We encourage you to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising and swimming. Gold Plated, Vermeil & Plated jewelry can tarnish when in contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Please avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing. To help keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store it in a dust bag, sealed plastic bag or dry cloth bag.
